​​​Classes run during term times and pre paid as a block.

For first timers a trial class can be offered for a single class fee once a new term has started. 24 hrs notice is required if you have to cancel your trial. No refunds given once block payment has been made. For missed classes I may be able to offer a catch up (space permitting) or send you a link from my video library.

 

All equipment, mats etc are provided at Little Shelford, please bring your own mat to the Great Wilbraham class venue. Please wear comfortable clothing. You can either work in socks or bare foot.
